“People wear a mask of a lie so, they look attractive, so be careful.”

One final day, on the quest of living in a fake era. I felt the absence of loyalty in the air I breathe. Those suffocations make me compose these words.

The world is changing, and so the definition of Loyalty. The definition of Loyalty that google gives me is not what I see today. According to me, the ideology of loyalty is giving or sharing firm and constant support. It requires devotion from the heart, mind, and soul. To make it simple, it is the extension of trust. I have wondered what motivation lies behind loyalty, and then I realized that it isn’t a one-way street. It is something like a wifi connection, receiving in both the ends. The loyalty you have with people should be like parallel lines that run beyond infinity. Not like the curves of doubts that intersect with each other and breaks. The loyalty you possess should not be blind or submissive. It shouldn’t be something that is forced.

Being loyal to your surrounding can be a challenge, as it requires more patience and generosity. Trust me, wear the cloth of loyalty, it is more attractive. Being loyal to yourself is also important. I am sure it earns you respect and makes you flawless.

Maybe a bitter fact is that, to know loyalty you must be betrayed first. The devastating emotion of betrayal will teach you the art of loyalty.

Today, emotions are not in trend. Kindness is gone. Savage is a new fashion. I see humans, but I don’t see loyalty anywhere. It feels like we are only preaching them. It’s dying like a slow poison.

Loyalty isn’t something grey. It is just black and white. Only we fail to understand the color difference.

Well, I am still in the process of learning the art of loyalty. My masterpiece is getting sharpened. Loyalty isn’t something that comes easy, you must work for it. If everyone would do it, then I wouldn’t be writing these paragraphs to explain to you how valuable loyalty is.

Thanks for reading this article. I would love to get your comments.
